You hope all your life to find a shop like this. Honest, reliable, affordable. It blew my mind to have a shop give me a straight answer, explain what was going on and NOT bs me just to pad a bill. 100% would recommend.

Wow!! Was headed out of town for a family trip, tire started losing air on the interstate outside of New Castle. Had a giant screw in the tire. Called Rieger, they were able to squeeze us in between cars and had us back in the road in no time! Fair price and excellent communication. Highly recommend!

Totally ripped me off two years ago. Now goes on facebook and says i can’t volunteer coach. Called Shannon and said if i call her again Calling police. All good. If anyone has a question w my education and coaching background. Research it k. Nothing to do w Shannons personal opinion k to volunteering for the kids. Brought an older pickup in that was eating up tires. I got exactly what I asked for, being a good alignment and Mike got my steering wheel back in the correct position. I like supporting locally owned businesses and will bring any future vehicle related work here.

Brought my car here for my first oil change after I just got my car. Thought everything was fine until I got my second oil change at a different shop. There is sealant on my bolts and my entire cover under my car is gone. Definitely do not recommend this place.
