This is, by far, the best mechanic in Hot Springs. Steve knows his craft well and is a true professional. His prices are very fair and his work is top notch. A fair and honest mechanic. I 100% recommend this place, and I do not impress easily. I brought two cars in already and they run great, thanks to Steve. He is booked out in advance, the good one's always are, so you gotta be patient. Also, I recommend you pay in cash, but checks are also accepted.

Steve is the best automotive garage in the area by far. Mr. Riffles is not only one of the most honest business owners i have had the pleasure to do business with over my 65 years, but you can count on him to take of you and your vehicles as if they were his own. It is an honor to have a man of his expertise, integrity and moral compass in our backyard of hot springs village. Thank you for taking care of me and my extended family for years. I have lived in the area for nearly 8 years. I always heard of this shop but never tried him. I recently dropped a car off to Riffle that I was having troubles with. He jumped in the car and had no issues. He kept the car for some time driving it over and over again and could not get it to act up. Riffle also spent time diagnosing the issue. He called me to pick the car up and didn’t want to charge me a single dollar after spending hours on it. That assured me about his great reputation he has and his honesty. I HIGHLY recommended Riffles garage. He’s a great guy and mechanic. He also believes the Lord which is all I need to hear. I’ll be back.

Riffle is the man. Had him scan my ole' OBS into time a few weeks ago. He's seemed pretty straight forward and he only charged me like 25 bucks so huge thanks to Steve down at Riffles, I appreciate it buddy!
