The item that I purchased at Rigby Ace broke on the first use and all I did was turn it on. Immediately returned to the store. No refund, even with receipt and packaging. Not standing behind a product that you choose to sell, poor business practice. Low caliber employee(s), maybe it was one bad day for that cashier. Yet, I've been in this location dozens, if not a hundred, times because I try to be efficient and this Ace is close to one of the locations I work at. I try to be personable when I interact with employees because I know how difficult it is to work in a 'customer service' type job. Once or twice, over the course of years, the employees here have returned that positive effort. The female cashier who is currently working closet to the door- the young, maybe 20-25 year old brunette (date is 10/24/25 and the time is 1:45pm. I had three items. Two of which were identical items. The first one gave some difficulty with scanning but she managed to get it. Next she tries to scan the other one and can’t. After 3 minutes, I asked “can you please just scan the initial one again. They’re the same thing” she rudely scoffed while she managed to work harder and not smarter by scanning the difficult one. When the receipt printed out, she mumbled out her ace hardware canned “thank you, have a great day” which was mumbled in a derogatory way as she tossed my receipt my way.. didn’t try to grab it- I had to reach well onto her side to pick it up. Loose the immature, rude girl.

Everything you need to maintain your home and yard and do a little DIY without having to drive to town. I love their sense of humor with the ants painted on the floor. The location is right smack in the middle of Rigby, so that's convenient. The parking lot was a little bit tricky to get into or out of depending on the traffic, but they moved the parking from the front of the building to the side (toward Arctic Circle) and that is a GREAT improvement.

This place has a little bit of everything! The employees are there to help not just locate an item but to answer really any questions you may have about anything. Rigby wouldn’t be the same without this place.
