These folks damaged my car in front of me and my husband and refuse to provide insurance information. If you value your car, you will specifically avoid Riggs Towing and Recovery in Fairfax. Ask for anyone but them. Super sketchy.

I could not be more pleased with care Allen Miller took in transporting my classic MGB. He was courteous and professional. I would recommend Riggs Towing and Allen Miller for any moves you have for your car.

Had to have our Jeep Renegade towed to Cassill Motors today 1/2/2026. Tow Truck driver came to our door to let us know he was here to pick up the Jeep. He was great! Very nice and understanding. We want him to be recognized for his service. Thank You. Bill & Lisa Hamilton

Alex had came out to our apartment complex today as one of our tenants locked herself out of her car, Alex was very nice to her and was able to answer all of her questions! Riggs also was responded to the call in a timely manner! I thought they were also cost affective for the situation! I would use them again!

I had a vehicle stuck in a customers yard on fresh clay landscaping. Dusty helped drag me back into the driveway. Clean the tires enough to grip, and helped me back the truck out. He also helped teach us a few tricks with the truck. He showed up earlier than expected, was kind, patient, and willing to explain every step of the way. I will be using this company in the future. Genuinely fantastic people in a business that doesn’t usually provide that. Thank you so much to Dusty, and the kind dispatcher that helped us out!
