He let's you know when he arrives, let's you know when he is finished and tells you perfectly how to care for your new install or repair. Don't go to any other place before calling here and getting a Great quote 1st!! You won't be disappointed!!! My car windshield looks the way it did when I bought it brand new in 2016. Clemente was professional, clever, and kind from the moment he answered the phone. He met me within an hour of us first speaking and was able to diagnose and fix my window within 30 minutes. The story: my car was broken into while I was out of town and the glass was replaced by someone else. When the glass was replaced I was told that the window regulator was broken, which was preventing the window from rolling down without sounding like something was breaking. The original shop quoted me $240 to replace the regulator. When I told Clemente this story he wanted to take a look at it, as it didn’t sound right to him. Sure enough, there was nothing wrong with the window regulator. The original shop didn’t properly fit the glass into the tracks and so it wouldn’t roll down properly. Clemente
