I've used other service facilities and dealers in the area and even dealt with a couple of call-out service companies. It was a blessing I found this shop. From the receptionist Taylor to the forman Nate, they provide an honest reasonably priced solution to what ills your Rig. They went above and beyond expectations to repair my truck after the dealer sold me the wrong part and could not provide the correct one. Nate jumped in and pulled one from a neighboring location and had it corrected, and I was back on the road the same day. This is my 3rd time here, and I have booked service for 6/27 for an EGR cooler replacement. 30 years on the road, and I've seen all the games, promises broken, and underwhelming service. Very poor services and unprofessional, I called in before I brought my truck to their repairshop to see if they have time to check on my truck I spoke a guy called Chris and He said yes we can look at it today, I came and explained everything to them and they told me they will call me when they find what the problem is and they called me, told me that they found my carrier bearing was bad and need to replace it they did but its still the same i mean still hearing a very loud noise coming out from the rear of the truck, tried to call them to let them know that the problem still exists but there wasn’t respond. Their labor kills it too😡

Absolute best! Not only great service, but great people!! They do what they say, and honesty is rare in this business. I will NEVER go anywhere else with my trucks.

RigWorks is a breathe of fresh air for a commercial company seeking mechanic to treat them fair and not over charge. I absolutely love them and I tell everyone I know about them. Liz
