Rik Tak Towing

I had the worst experience with Rik Tak Towing. During the tow, my truck was damaged the driver’s door was dented, the paint was scratched off on the driver side of the bed, and my tow mirror was broken clean off. When I tried to confront the driver about the damage, instead of taking responsibility, he became hostile and made racist comments right in front of me and my Black girlfriend. Completely unacceptable behavior on top of the physical damage to my vehicle. It’s taken me about six months to finally write this review because I couldn’t even find where to leave one until now, but I feel people need to know what kind of treatment and lack of professionalism to expect i recommend you push your car home instead of calling this place

I had a terrible experience with Rik Tak Towing. During the tow, my car was damaged and left with a noticeable dent that was not there before they touched my vehicle. When I tried to calmly confront the driver about the damage, the situation only got worse. Instead of taking responsibility or even speaking professionally, the driver became hostile and made offensive, racially charged comments in front of me. That behavior was completely unacceptable and shocking. Between the damage to my car and the way i was treated, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had

I recently had a very upsetting experience with this towing company. During the service, my vehicle ended up with damage, including a tire that was flat afterward. I can’t say for sure what happened during the tow, but the condition of my car when it was returned was extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I tried to talk to the driver about it, the interaction made things even worse. The way he spoke to me felt completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially with my kids standing right there. It left us shaken and uncomfortable, and it’s not something I ever expected to deal with during a simple towing service. Overall, this experience was stressful and unprofessional from my point of view, and I would not feel comfortable using this company again.

I had a cargo trailer stolen in Bristol VA and Rick wrecker service had towed it to their lot due to it being abandoned in JC the door had been broken into and Rick secured the door so my belongings safe nothing was missing he ran the VIn # and contacted the police THANK YOU SO MUCH glad it see there are still honest folks still around

Towed my friend's car. She was unable to park in the visitor's parking lot because it was full. I get it, it's their job to tow cars. However, they told her that she could pay the $190 tab with a check, but when we got there, they said they only take cash. These kind men told two girls to walk to the gas station down the road around 11:30 at night to get cash from the ATM. Ridiculously enough, we did. To our surprise, when we got back, after being harassed twice and followed into said gas station, the two were gone! I called their phone number to ask if they had left, and, of course, they did. The man, Rick I believe, told me that they had to get other cars and that I was "holding them up by calling them." Furthermore, when the two returned, the secondary employee asked me to back
