I am Iris U and I have been leasing a car at Riley Volvo cars Stamford for the past 7 yrs and I am so happy with them that I keep coming back to them. I had an appointment on Friday February 20th for regular maintenance and for an on and off engine light. When I arrived I was welcomed very nice as usual. Paul took my information and keys a a message was sent to keep me posted about my car service. Then I was moved to the next desk for a loaner. I was kept informed even when they were not physically in office. They even sent me a video of my car inspection. I truly recommend Riley Volvo .

They went the extra mile with everything! I was given a loaner car, the diagnostics & work were great & they even washed & cleaned my car inside!!!! Matt was my advisor & simply amazing. He treated me with kindness & respect. Plus he was most efficient & professional.

My vehicle is brand new and the check engine light went on. I took it in for service, they gave me a loaner so I could be on my way and promptly fixed the issue quicker than anticipated. The staff at this location are pleasant and I am happy to do business with them.

Riley Volvo of Stamford is the best. Paul and his gang at Service treat you like family. They clearly explain What is needed and apply whatever discounts they can get you. And their loaner car or calling Uber for you get you back home or to work real fast. They’re good at texting and love that text when it says your car is ready.

I've had my car serviced twice for different warranty issues by Riley Volvo. I like the online booking and the availability of appointments which meet my schedule. Service advisors are friendly and attentive. When the repair takes longer than expected, they are happy to call an Uber for me to get home.
