So glad to have a place I can trust with my car since my time in school up until I graduated. Joe and the staff took really good care of my car over the past years and gave me his honest opinion on the repairs, most cost effective repairs in that time, and ways to reduce another maintenance cost. Car repairs are not my thing and living far from family didn't make it easy but knowing that Joe and staff were there to come to the rescue and handle whatever is wrong was really helpful! Thank you Joe and everyone that worked on my car in the past years and made my grad school experience less daunting with car maintenance.

So I shopped for months to find my dream car. I knew exactly what I wanted and there was only 5 available at the time in the whole country. The one I was looking at was in Arizona and I live in Wisconsin. I wasn't able to get to Arizona to inspect the vehicle myself and the dealership "suggested" some third party inspectors however I was much more comfortable finding my own. I called Joe at Rillito and explained the situation and he was so nice and patient and understanding even after it took over a week and multiple phone calls to get it over to him. He did the inspection for me and let me know the vehicle was in great condition. I was so grateful to him and felt so comfortable knowing I was getting a good vehicle, it took a lot of stress off me. Additionally, Joe’s calm and courteous demeanor really helps keep this shop running smoothly. Amazed at all of the staffs’ experience with fixing mechanical issues and their ability to work well together. My children now bring their vehicles here and we trust the job will get done correctly and they will not be pressured into getting any services or parts that they do not need. The staff are honest, hard working, happy to help you if they can kind of guys. They feel like neighbors in a way. Been pleased with every service I've had done here. Rittilo Automotive and their very good mechanic men save our vacation. Rapidly they have been able to perfectly repair our Toyota motorhome from a big blow head gasket problem on the hwy near Tuscon.
