Rimrock Tire

Have used rimrock before was not very pleased to go in there anymore. Brought a pair of tires from Amazon. They were kind of pissy. The fact that I was not buying tires from them wanted to charge me way too much to put them on was not worth it went to Walmart. got them installed for much less unfortunately. It is their new policy to charge more for tires from outside of their store to be installed, which sucks because I would rather use them than Walmart. But it is what it is and do not plan to be using them anymore. Due to I do not appreciate the attitude. I got when I asked about installing tires from somewhere else.

The place is convenient and has a variety of jobs that can be completed. Prices aren't the best, but not the worst (aka dealership). Make sure you bring cash though because there's an unpleasant fee to use debit/credit! My most recent visit wasn't their best example but it's what I'm using for this review. I found a small screw, with a washer on it, stuck in the tread on my front tire. I took it here to see if they could remove it before I risked damaging it. Here comes the problems. My tires have anti-theft lug nuts and I don't have the key. Problem 1: instead of coming and asking me (I was in their lobby) where the key is, they decided to rifle through my glove compartment, console, and second console (all the things I have in there were spread around and out of order). I've always bought my tires from rimrock and they have been fantastic to work with. I recently got a flat tire on a Friday night and on Saturday morning they had a tech at my house to fix the flat for just the cost of the service call. They are helpful, and kind!

Got 2 new tires which was good, but they snapped one of the studs for the lug nuts off. They said they could fix it but I'd have to come back another day and pay for it. I tried to take the tire off myself and they wayyyy over tightened all the lug nuts on the tire. Plus while I was waiting to get new tires, I could hear the guys that had been working on it talking crap on my car. I will not be back

I was visiting from out of state and had a problem with my steering. Rimrock did a wheel alignment for me at a good price. They did a great job. They were fast friendly and very professional. I would recommend them.
