Rio is amazing! We pulled into his shop with about 5 min to spare before he closed. We had a soon to be dead battery because our alternator had stopped working. He had three different ones in stock that would fit our 2002 Chevy and helped us change the part in his parking lot. Didn't charge us for helping, just out of the kindness of his heart. You're not going to find many people or businesses who do that anymore. I would highly recommend this as a place to shop. Also the part was super cheap.

Rio saved me. My truck and trailer broke down and he went well out of his way to help and ascertain the parts necessary to fix it. I was driving from Olympia to Spokane. He drove me all the way to Yakima to pick up parts. We went to auto-zone, o’reilys and a junk yard to find what i needed to get back on the road. Seriously a gem in the world right in Mattawa! Rio is one of a serious amazing kind.

Truly a diamond in the rough. Great find in a small town. Family owned and ran. The guys have impeccable customer service. Are quick to get to customers, and I was there on a very busy day. They're very knowledgeable, thorough and do honest, quality work. I was there for a certain reason and without any pressure they brought up other issues they incidentally noticed on inspection and helped me fix it for way less than an auto repair shop in Seattle. Didn't feel they were pressuring to sell me anything or take advantage of me which I've gotten a lot at other places. Items are fairly priced.

Where to begin? Well let's start off by saying thanks Rio and Crew for all you guys do. These guys go way out of the way to standards above almost any business I've ever dealt with. Rio actually will drive through the night to get the parts people need at no extra cost. He has tons of knowledge along with his guys, they will get you up and running at a great price and go to the ends of the earth to help you get where your going fast. 5 stars don't do car quest in mattawa the justice it deserves.
