Riptide Car Wash

I'm subscribed to the 2nd most expensive wash level (hightide, maybe?) and have really enjoyed using this wash for my Ford Maverick. I've had no issues with paint or body damage and the car is always very clean! I know I could get it cleaner with some detailing, but I don't expect a car wash to get it any cleaner without the touch from a person's hands. I went during one of the first warm days after lots of gloomy ones and many people were in line (12 cars between me and the bay when I was at the gate to pull into line) but it took less than 10 minutes to get through the line and through the wash. Back of my compact suv not very clean, rest of the car looked good. Drying did an extremely poor job. If I knew that I would have brought towel to dry , like a few other people in the vacuum area.

I just wanted to get my car clean and ended up with new scratches on the hood of my car. This is ridiculous. I even paid 16 dollars and my car wasn't even fully clean.

I been a member at this car wash since April of 2025 and everything was fine up until now. The first issue was the lack of communication-they were closed twice and there was no text or email sent out to the members. When I inquired the lady asked me “if I follow their social media.” I went on instagram only to find no account for this location nor a post of snow closure for the specific days I drove there to only find them closed. So her rude response only led me no where. Secondly, my windshield wiper was torn off during the car wash on my Range Rover and they didn’t compensate me in anyway. A lot of my time was wasted from the employees. They accused my car of having pre existing damage which I know it did not have due to my wipers working perfectly fine up until that day. Although getting a top of the line wash, there's always dirty spots still on car, and I'm just talking about normal dust/dirt. Other areas such as the back window still have soap 🧼 suds on it - never experienced that before. The wheel 🛞 and tire cleaning is also sub-standard compared to others I've used around the country.
