This car wash is always well-maintained, and the staff are not only friendly but genuinely go the extra mile. I really appreciate the free vacuums, cloths, and cleaning spray—they make it easy to detail the inside of your car at your own pace. The membership is definitely worth it if you like to keep your car clean regularly—you can come as often as you like! What makes this place extra special is knowing it’s run by individuals on the autism spectrum. It’s become part of my weekend routine and a little moment of calm in my week. The guys at rising tide do an amazing job and take their work very seriously. They always take great care of my car. It looks like a brand new car every time I bring it here to be washed and detailed. For the price you can’t beat it anywhere in town. Keep up the amazing work guys!!!

My car wasn't that dirty to begin with but it could of used deeper cleaning. In some places where it wasn't dirty, there was dirt after they were done. They avoided cleaning around my car seat so there is just sand all around it where the seat is exposed. I wasnt expecting them to take the seat out but at least get the obvious spots around it. The car drive through wash itself wasn't very efficient. As im pulling in it's hard to see the man inside holding a sign when my car windows were already bring sprayed. He needed to signal me and I had to lower my window, as he is telling me to put my car into N gear i get sprayed in the face with what ever floor cleaning chemical or water so that wasn't great. Update: this car wash is walking distance from my house, and I skipped it to go to Dirty Dog’s car wash. You will not be disappointed! Updated just a couple of photos of what they have to offer. Superb facility and service. And by no means am I advertising for them. But you and I deserve better! Previous review: Don’t bother paying these people to clean your car! Do it yourself. They behave as if it’s a courtesy, or a favor, not a paid service. That lady that’s supposed to be a manager, name starts with an A, curly hair is a nasty person. I was frequent as a car wash customer only, I tried the additional service of getting the car vacuumed or detailed, and they did a horrible job. When I told the so call manager, she said we did the best we can, if you want you can go finish it yourself o
