Ritz Express Car Wash

We ordered the mid level (Supreme) wash with "underbody blast" to get the winter grime off of the car. After the wash, there were large areas of dirt on the front and back of the car which were missed. I checked under the car and it looked like it wasn't even touched. An email to the company inquiring about the above issues remains unanswered nearly two weeks later.

Went there to wash the company vehicle. It didn't clean the wheel wells at all. I asked if I could run through again as that is why I was there. The attendant said he didn't have the authority to allow me to go again. He took my card. I never heard from them. Its obvious the equipment doesn't work great. They start by spraying the back end with a hose. I guess that should have been a good indicator. In hindsight I should have asked them to spray the wheels and wheel well but I wasn't aware the car wash was so inadequate. Its so new. A real bummer.

Called to convey the vehicle did not come clean .Never got a return call or any other response. Paid for a Twenty dollar wash on a Mustang. Unfortunately the person doing the pre spray with the wand didn't spray it down well enough. Did not come out clean .

It was a really nice car wash. The car looked great. Nice vacuum area, but after we left I noticed the tire treatment on the passenger side was just 4 spots, instead of around the whole tire.

My favorite car wash...kept up on the outside...neat, clean, no trash old straggley weeds...very helpful, if needed...reasonably priced
