Stopped by to get a cabin air filter for my car and they didn’t have it in stock. The girl at the counter was really nice and said she would order one even though I said I wouldn’t need it by then. I called later and asked for it to be held in case I needed it if the other place didn’t have it. Michela called and let me know they had the part. By this point I already replaced it. When I called to let them know I didn’t need it anymore someone else gave me some attitude saying this is why we charge for things to be held. I asked if they had a serpentine belt for my car and they didn’t. I said have a good day and they said bye with an attitude. So customer service is mixed but the shop is close. I’ll give a 4 star rating only because the first girl was cool.

These people always get the parts I order wrong. Bad attitude from cashier

Outstanding customer service, staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly for getting correct u-joints, inventory was unexpectedly present. I couldn't have hoped for any better. Can't wait to return. Thank you.
