I was guided to this particular location by a trusted source due to me moving in this area and needing to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Although hesitant because of past grievances of other patrons that chose to go to a "chain" mechanic shop, I trusted my source and gave it a chance. I needed to have my A/C system serviced. I initially stopped by, then left, called to verify preference for service request needed, then returned at said time. I felt comfortable, but there was a negative energy that perused while I was there, a customer from Colorado whose negativity was felt each time they entered and prior to my exit after service. Blown away with roberts professionalism. Absolutely fantastic people who helped me fix my windshield , pick the right tires , & other maintenance right before I had to move out of state. I also want to point out that They fixed my windshield for a lot less than other stores I called which was a pleasant surprise considering the location of this store. I would say I’d be back but I will be out of state. Thank y’all!

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was ridiculous. I went to Firestone for a proper tire patch repair and was charged about $35–40 for the service. I later found out that instead of patching the tire like they said, they only did a basic plug job—something that is not only temporary but also not what I was paying for. The worst part? One of their own employees admitted to me that the plug job they actually did only costs around $4. So not only did they cut corners and fail to provide the service I requested, but they knowingly charged me almost ten times more than the value of the work they performed. Quality and Integrity are just two (of many) positive reasons I recommend River Oaks Firestone! They are always there for me when I need them….Providing excellent service at extremely fair prices (if a minor repair occasionally for free, the owner just asks me to tip the guy who did the work!) I will never take my car to another shop! These guys are like having a big brother in the business. I’m so grateful to have a place to take my car to that I can always trust…Thank you guys!!!

I brought my car in for it's 65,000 miles maintenance on May 7. Less than 2000 miles later, I got a warning light that my AdBlue fluid needs to be refilled. I paid almost $2000 for the maintenance service, and was assured by Robert that everything was taken care of. I called and spoke with Eddie, and he told me no problem just bring the car back and they will refill the fluid. When that was done, he told me there was a cost of $78. I disagreed and point to the fact that this should've been done when I had the maintenance. This was always the case when I had my car serviced at Audi. He refused to accept any responsibility and told me that the light wasn't on, so they had no way of knowing. Are they the professionals or not??
