Love this place for the prices and quick service that I have come to expect from them. I have gone through them the last two times I put tires on my truck and they had the best prices compared to any other place in a 50 mile radius by like $50-100. Their oil change prices are great too. Used to have so many oil changes paid and then you got one free. Not sure if they still do it as I usually go to my Ram dealer because I have a service agreement with them. I would recommend them if you need anything done with your vehicle.

Bought a 2012 Passat from Andy last week and I am very happy with the vehicle and the service I've received. I had a small issue with the car a few days after I bought it and Andy promptly took care of it thoroughly, at no charge, despite the fact that I bought the car "as-is". The purchasing experience was low-pressure and easy, the price was fair, the car looks practically brand new even though it's 13 years old, and the service has been top notch. Next time I need a car, I'll certainly be returning to River Valley Auto.

This place is great. Had some significant work done on my vehicle, they completed when they said they would and the price was what they quoted. About two weeks later I had a check engine light for a completely different issue (turned out to be a cracked spark plug, nothing they worked on before). I pulled in unannounced to see if I could get an appointment, they had a tech come out right away and run the diagnostic. Told me what was likely wrong so I ran and grabbed the part needed. It took him about ten minutes for them to replace the part, but they didn't charge me anything and did the work before I had to be at work. Will go back for sure when I need a mechanic. I don't write reviews often, but was blown away. These guys know how to build relationships.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and all the big dealerships couldn't get it. The River Valley group had one on their lot. Their customer service was exceptional and the transaction was effortless. If you're looking for a low mileage vehicle at a fair price with great customer service, I highly recommend this dealership. If they don't have it, chances are they can get it.

We had to have some work done on our truck, but it was almost hunting season and we really needed it by the weekend. Joey worked with us to get it done during the week in spite of parts shortages, and called right at 5 on the Friday before hunting and had it done. They have always provided excellent service and treated us like family. Small town service and always with a smile!!
