We bought our new vehicle from river valley :) we were very happy with the vehicle options Marcus showed us and found the perfect one for our family! He was wonderful at communicating with me and getting financing done before we even came in! Any issues I had he made sure he cleared them up right away! I would absolutely recommend car shopping at River Valley!

Great customer service! Honest advice! Didn't force me and my wife into a purchase that wasn't right for us. Worked diligently to find exactly what we wanted and ensured it was quality before letting us take it off the lot. Would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a vehicle from them! They will get you on the road with a quality vehicle at an affordable price!

We purchased a truck from them in August 2025. We drove it around and thought maybe we heard a noise but was reassured the mechanic fixed all the issues and talked to the mechanic on the phone. They were getting ready to close so we had to hurry and make a decision since we drove 2.5 hours so didn’t see a lot of the issues and it was getting dark. We got it home and noticed all the lights on the bottom were cut out had to be completely rewired, dvd player didn’t work, seat is broken, issues under the hood. Called them right away after we spent $1700 in it and they kinda said you bought it used. Fast forward it broke down 4 more times and had to be towed over the course of the next 3 months. Got it back into the mechanic and he’s saying the oil pump is bad went to fix the oil pump for $1500

I am so impressed at how Luke and Chad went above and beyond to make my sale go as smooth as possible. There were a few technical issues after I came home and Luke was more than happy to make everything right. Chad was a total gentleman, opening the door for the loaner for my mom and all. Great car lot to work with! I will be returning in the future for any auto need.
