Would not recommend it now. A few years wasn’t so bad. Now security sucks. Drug you in both the family and senior unit s and senior staff mgr is unqualified. People are not disciplined and allowed to some cigarettes butt anywhere . Not residential friendly a lot clicking in groups etc. Building is very insecure and your cars are not safe at night while you sleep.

The administrative staff here is non-existent. For the past year+ there's been no maintenance staff to address repairs, emergencies, empty trash etc. It's a relatively new building that has been declining fast because of a lack of oversight. It's a shame that the most vulnerable tenants (elderly) have been subjected to deplorable conditions here with no recourse. It's no accident that the website is not setup to direct you to the owners of this property. No one answers the number listed here, nor returns calls after leaving repeated messages. The personal has no continuity of work. Office hours change without notice. Calls repeatedly not answered, voice mail not set up to be able to leave message. Work orders and maintenance repairs that forever to be completed. Currently they have a sign out saying office is open from 9am- 12 pm daily but witnessed them out of the office over an hour during that very short period of being open. At first the impression you get is that staff is not knowledgeable but after multiple attempts to address issues it’s plain to see they don’t care to do better.

Great place for senior citizens

Been here for two months nice facilities, however maintence lacking and takes to long to get things repaired.
