Frist off i take responsibility, i just took my 2019 Ford F-150 I bought 5 months ago to the shop for a echo boost turbo possibly cost can be $2350 to $1400 went back this morning to see if they would honor the repair if it end up being the turbo but he wouldn't. Had a wonderful time with the staff here. Mike was very helpful and expedient at getting a car for us. Never down-talked or ridiculed us. Even helped recommend good dining places nearby. Would definitely recommend purely due to customer service alone. Much more approachable with questions and considerate of our time than when we went to a larger dealership. Car was pretty great, too. Only problem with the car (spring was broke on fuel door) was well explained before we even got off the lot.
