From the initial email I sent them my experience with Riverside Auto Sales was a very positive one. I found a vehicle they offered on cargurus.com. I reached out to them and they responded the following morning. From there it was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. No haggling, no pressure to buy, and top notch customer service. Bill had the car ready and cleaned for my test drive. He explained some minor issues the vehicle had ( that would be addressed) before my test drive. There were no surprises. Just a fair price for a quality used vehicle. I chose to finance through a third party and that was not an issue at all. Overall a 10/10 for overall experience buying a vehicle. Just bought a new car here. Bill was amazing with working with my budget and credit to get me approved for a vehicle that was safe and reliable for my children.
