Horrible customer service. Came to pick up what I ordered and they wouldn’t let me take it because their boss wasn’t there. Started yelling and screaming at me. Do NOT go. There are so much better places then this.

Had to put deposit down. Cash only. They do not take credit cards. Been 4 months now. Called 3 times, said they would get back to me. Never did. Deposit non refundable. Said their waiting on material. Really in happy right now. I'm now editing post. 11/12. Got ahold of Rick. Was able to refund deposit except for materials which was brought home. Car is father and son project, and didn't want to wait longer for supply chain issues. Thanks Rick

Contacted Riverside and made an appointment to replace a cracked windshield. From the time I called and got a quote and made an appointment with Nancy to the time the installation was completed the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Riverside Auto Trim and Glass. Thank you!

My convertible too was stuck between up & down. They came to my home and got it down and drove back to the shop. While the problem requires a dealership to change micro sensors, Riverside Auto & Trim was able to identify the problem via their connections with another shop with a specialized computer. The techs saved the day as rain was in the forecast.
