Riverside Ford of Tulsa Service & Parts Center

Just purchased our fifth vehicle from Riverside Ford previously Bob Hurley. Always had a great experience from Hurley and was concerned about the ownership change which usually creates problems. Just the opposite. We have purchased two new chicles on the last few months and the professionalism, assistance, knowledge and service is excellent. Additionally, our vehicles have continually been serviced at the same dealership. Jeff Lesley is the service manager and has been with this Ford location when we bought our first Ford. He leads a great team that meets and exceeds all expectations. Hope Meredith is a salesperson that has sold us the last two vehicles. Absolute terrible service and experience every time we bring a fleet truck in. Even with an appointment, it’s at least a week until they even look at the truck and there is zero communication. The truck is back in after they claimed to fix the issue the first time. Have called 4 times now and have not gotten an update. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we bring a vehicle here and our experience with service over the last several times means we will be purchasing our yearly fleet vehicles elsewhere. Would recommend any dealership other than this one. Such poor management.

The service on my 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid was exceptional! It was done 2 hrs ahead of schedule and done professionally well! I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle in Oklahoma and I couldn’t have found a better place. The staff is great, but make sure to ask for Richie. He gave me several options that I hadn’t considered and made sure I left with what I wanted.

I had a good experience with the service department and they completed the warranty work on my vehicle in a timely manner. The only suggestion for improvement I can offer would be to schedule staggered lunch breaks for the service department staff, as someone should always be available to assist customers. When I arrived at 12:15PM, I was told the entirety of the service department was on lunch and wouldn’t return until after 1:00PM, which meant I wouldn’t be able to pick up my vehicle until that time. Living an hour away and having taken time from work, this wasn’t feasible with my schedule. Luckily, my wonderful sales woman inside the dealership was able to pull some strings to allow me to get my vehicle without the lengthy wait.
