HORRIBLE, I had my vehicle serviced here earlier last year. There was a minor knocking noise in the front suspension. I had the recommended service of front brakes and a replacement of passenger ball joint. I will include a photograph of the same ball joint which completely came apart causing my wheel to fall off while driving. When I voiced dissatisfaction and discomfort in taking the car. The owner promised the vehicle was properly repaired. I paid just under $800. For the repair, was ultimately reimbursed just $300. I had a $2700. Estimate for the body damage and have to have the car inspected and repaired due to suspension/steering problems. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS!

Peter / Riverside Garage came highly recommended by my mechanic friend who couldn't fit me in at the time, so I already knew I could trust him. I've been getting my repairs and inspections done here ever since. Peter never disappoints. He always comes through when I'm in need. He's great at what he does, honest and upfront/direct and extremely helpful making recommendations on which repairs to prioritize. I really appreciate the work he does and the kind person that he is.

Great place with reasonable prices. I've been to Peter many times for auto repairs and never had a bad experience yet. I would recommend him to anyone. All around great guy👍🏻

These guys gave me a red R for ONE lightbulb that was out for my license plate and a fog light (WHICH IS OPTIONAL) that was missing. My dad, who is a Snap-On dealer of over twenty years, said it was stupid, and the next day he sent me to another place in Medford, they offered to fix it for me, they did, and gave me an expectation sticker with no problems. I explained the situation to them too, they also said it was stupid. Never again with Riverside Garage.

I've always gone to them for my inspections and anytime I've had an issue with a car. There prices are fair, service great and they've always been upfront about any cost or issues I have or may have with my car. Like changing my back tail light after going over options, either replacing the glass casing so I don't have to keep replacing a light because there is some break I can't see leaking in water, which will save me more money overall. I've even bought a car from them, and again they were upfront about it's issues and when the battery died a month after purchase they replaced it free of charge (unlike some dealerships I've dealt with that have said, well u drove it off the lot, not my problem). Honestly I recommend them to everyone in my family and friend group.
