Riverside did repair work on my Ford Super Duty F-250 6.7 Powerstroke diesel. Chg oil & filter-Chg 2 fuel filters-Alignment-R & R oil leak on engine If I could give Riverside 10 stars I would. All work was professional and quickly. On the oil leak Riverside proved honesty works. With 6.7 oil leaks at upper oil pan is common-very expensive repair. Riverside found oil leak at valve cover. Oil leak residue was washed away leaving a clean engine. Also repaired lose missing bolts on upper fuel filter. I recieved paerwork on alignment showing problems they corrected. Upon my first arrival at Riverside I was greeted with a smile and hello from Dawn and Adam. I was treated with 100% customer respect. Yes, Riverside has a new and returning customer. Brought my truck in to get two new tires and an alignment done. Picked up the truck and didn’t get any alignment results printed. The lady at the desk refused to show me any results and also mentioned she couldn’t print bc it would cost too much for paper and ink. Well the truck was shaking on highway speed. I went to an other tire store to get the alignment checked. Alignment was out! I drove that vehicle less than 600miles. Here I am paying again for alignment. Customers be aware of going to riverside. Ask for a print out before you get your work done on your vehicle. I am a supporter for local businesses but definitely not going back.

I’ve been to Riverside many times to service my work trucks and I use them for all of my vehicle repairs. They are trustworthy but best of all they care! They post great social media content that educates people on things a lot of people might not know! For example, I had been smelling mold in my vehicle for many months and I did not understand why but Riverside informed me that most cars have a filter that gets nasty if not changed. I brought it in and turns out it was covered in mold and it had never been changed the car is a 2013.

Dropped my truck off earlier than scheduled. They had it finished the same day. Communication was great, price was exactly what was quoted and the outcome was better than I’d hoped for. Great job all around.

We were in town visiting and had to get some work done. This is hands down the best and most honest shop we’ve had. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good shop.
