I wish they had a zero star option. Terrible and unethical. Looked at a truck that they claimed was "the real deal" and perfect. I wanted to have a mechanic look at it and they hesitated but agreed when I left a refundable deposit. The mechanic said they didn't even proceed past the test drive because it ran rough, the 4WD didn't work, and there was a terrible smell of burning fluid. I had to push them hard to refund my deposit and even then, they withheld $255 for no reason. They are no longer responding to me. Luckily my credit card company covered the fraudulent balance.

I wish I could leave a lower review. Joe the owner was incredibly rude from the first phone call when he hung up on me after I asked about a Carfax or service history. Told me the car was clean and ran great. I FLEW up from VA to check out the Land Rover LR3 currently listed. Got there and saw that the truck was filthy, had a cracked moon roof, and completely smashed side view mirror. Was told that before I arrived that he would be working on getting the brakes tighter before my test drive. When we test drove it the brakes were so mushy the car could barely stop itself going 30mph. When the car jerked during acceleration Joe blamed my driving (this would turn out to be a faulty MAF sensor). If I could give zero stars I would.. I am single mom with no money. My mother helped me get a car and he told me he was having the car checked out. He lied he completely screwed me as soon as I left there and drove 70 miles check engine light turned on. I had to sink 600$ into it and now I’m trying to pass inspection and now I have an engine leak and coolant leak. All they care about is money. I had my 1 year old son in that car and god forbid something happened. Please save yourself the headache. He clearly didn’t look over the car. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

Worst dealer around I had just traded them a beautiful van almost like new . To jump into a car just so I could build my credit . We signed papers and my family left super happy until 20 mins down the road the engine light turns on and when I take it to my cousin there is a tranmisssion issue . They were not happy I did it but thank god I asked for warranty which they gave me for 30 days . If you buy from here cover your self and take it to another Mecanic . Not to mention that rude old grinch they call an owner . They did fix the issue but caused a lot of stress threw out .

Trash!!! If there was a negative star selection I would select that. DO NOT go here. The owner (Joe) clearly has some anger issues that needs to be worked out and has to learn how to work with the public. He insulted us cause the odometer we misread by us (which was a simple mistake) and continued to say he doesn’t need our money cause he has a lot of it. Clearly by looking at the front of the building with the faded out sign, and the cigarette smelling showroom that looks like it’s been through the war I’d say he’s struggling to even afford a cup of coffee.
