Amazing the ratio of 5 star reviews vs. 1 star! Practically the same! The people here are actual people if you, owner and staff have forgotten? Tell your staff to image that the people here, were their actual loved ones. Your same lame response for evey one star review is pitiful to say the least! Shame on you Owner, karma will find you, don't you worry! Don't you dare play victim when the time comes, you deserve whatever comes your way. I will pray for you!

While dropping my Great Great Aunt off at Riverview Village tonight I had a very unpleasant experience. Like always everyday I pick her up in the mornings around 9am and drop her off at night around 9:30pm. Usually when I arrive to drop her off I ring the door bell and someone comes, but this time it was very different I am not one to complain about time, but when ringing the door bell it seemed no one was inside…I waited 15 mins and the door bell ringing did initially turn into me knocking on the door. This tall black African American nurse/cna with curly hair opened the door for me and I was met with a very unpleasant ridicule. She told me to never knock on the door and that I was very inpatient. I exclaimed that I was sorry and apologized multiple times but she angrily did not care and

They do not change the residents 90% of the residents have bedsores residents are not changed regularly they are changed when the aides feel like it 90% of the residents have winds from not being changed. When you walk in the aides are gathered around the nurses station talking inappropriately in front of families #I’ve witnessed the head nurse talking about she’s about to quit and talking about how bad the pay is #I’ve asked where water was and they ignore me #I’ve rang the call light they sit there until they feel like getting up #ive witness nurse at work without any badges or uniforms #ive seen aides come in from smoking not even wash there hands. I’ve literally been in a elevator with one of the aides Miranda who my mom loves but she’s walking around vaping in the hallway I notified

Highly recommend Riverview Village. The staff are wonderful. Everyone was so kind, compassionate and professional. They went above and beyond taking wonderful care of our grandmother June. We will forever be grateful for you all.

I had both of my parents at Riverview Village. My Dad was on the cottage he adapted so well. My mother was upstairs. At first I was so worried how they’d do but the staff was great.They treated them like family. The staff is fantastic. I’m just letting you know if you ever need a long term care facility for your loved ones Riverview Village is the place to be. Thanks Riverview!!!
