Rivian

Everything was pretty great until I showed up to check out. My Rivian had a “critical battery issue” that left me stranded on a Sunday afternoon. Rivian arranged for a tow truck to take it to the service center on Monday, and they provided Uber credits, which were really helpful. On Tuesday, I reached out to the service center to see if they had a loaner vehicle available — they did, so I used the Uber credits to get there. Getting the loaner was quick and easy. While I was there, I asked the technician if they could install a front license plate bracket since we were never asked about it when we took delivery of the vehicle, and front plates are required in California. He said it would be no problem, so I left the truck with them. It took about five days to fix the issue. I assumed they

I made a reservation in the Rivian app to bring my car to the Burbank location to address four things: a courtesy inspection, a defective interior trim panel (i.e., panel adjacent to the windshield popped off of its attachment), a defective right rear window trim (exterior belt molding), and tire rotation. Arthur helped me with my service and explained to me that the entire service would take a couple hours and the Rivian team delivered just like. I shared with Arthur that I don’t want to wait there for a couple hours and if there was a courtesy vehicle I can use to run errands while I wait and he was very quick to set me up with Uber credits so I can get around town. I always get good service here. I've had my R1T in for warranty repairs and they are good at communicating and getting me a rental while I don't have my truck.

My Wife and I went to check some of the Rivian Vehicles yesterday and We were so glad We did, the Burbank Location was awesome, We received a great customer Service and care. Arthur was very cool and very nice, He Welcomed us first then he called Andrea the salesperson who helped us out, She was so knowledgeable about all of Rivian Cars, im personally in love with Cars, She explained everything about the Vehicles and She let me test drive one and the experience was amazing 👏. I want to thank Andrea and Arthur personally and everyone else who helped us out there.

Originally had an appointment at the El Segundo SC, but moved it here because they could get me in sooner. Really great people working here. Very friendly and courteous. Dropped off my truck and was offered a free rental. (They always have a limited amount of loaners and they go fast) Truck was ready faster than what they have said which was great. It's really nice to have another option besides the El Segundo SC. But most are still backed up for weeks. All in all, it was a great experience. Happy to have another service center.
