It’s great to see Rivian expanding. Awesome vehicles, awesome ownership community, and awesome employees. These are the things that make the Rivian ownership experience different from other brands.

Brought our truck in to get serviced and it was a pleasant experience. They only needed the truck for about an hour so I waited in the lobby. All of the employees I talked to were friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. If we ever need service, maintenance, or repairs, I’d be happy to bring our truck back to this location.

Great staff, great location great service. I use to go to the Gaithersburg location (who also has great staff members and service) but was a little further from me When they opened this Glen Burnie location I was pleasantly surprised. I also found that some of the staff at the Gaithersburg location had moved to this new location. I've been there on 3 occasions. Once to fix some minor issues, another for a 15K scheduled svc and a third time was just because I was in the area and stopped to talk to staff. They've always been pleasant and helpful and have taken care of my vehicle needs. The Rivian vehicle and brand is great and it seems to get better over time with the OTA updates. Thank you RJ.

My first experience with Rivian’s service was fantastic. The team was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I was in and out within three hours, and while I waited, I took advantage of their small business office to get some work done.
