I live near the Rivian showroom and stopped by on the 15th with my two kids out of curiosity, just to take a quick look. I was blown away! The environment is fantastic—bright, welcoming, and incredibly family-friendly. The car interiors are stunningly beautiful, and the store had lots of appealing branded accessories like water bottles, clothes, and hats. Before leaving, my older boy wanted to buy a kids’ water bottle with his own money from grandma, but he only had cash (they only accept cards). The staff was incredibly kind—they went out of their way to find a non-for-sale water bottle from the back room and even gave us some adorable stickers. I had a great test drive today. I was checked in quickly and shown the Rivian truck. The staff let me check out the truck inside before going outside for the test drive. Mike got me stared with the test drive and provided an intro to driving the truck. I really enjoyed the ride and will definitely consider a Rivian for my next vehicle! It was nice not to feel pressured like at a normal care dealership, Rivian clearly wants to stand out as being a better experience for drivers.

This location was clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, the test drive experience fell short due to computer errors in the vehicle during the test drive. It was disappointing to have a test drive in a truck with bug-ridden software. Upon closer inspection, I found that the software was out of date on some of the vehicles in the showroom, and that may have been the same issue on the test drive vehicle. It didn’t inspire confidence in the reliability of the product. During the test drive, pressing the navigation would cause the computer to skip track unexpectedly. The brightness on the display was also dangerously low, and I was unable to adjust it due to the settings menu being locked while the truck was “turned on.” It was a disappointing experience and made my test dri
