Could not say enough good things about the space, employees and shop! Very good maintenance service and caught at 12v battery replacement automatically under warranty. Service coordinator Ray answered every question. Gear shop was the biggest and most selection compared to online. Architecture was very nice. Had Uber credits to get around town for the 3 hr service.

Just a PSA to the people that this Rivian location also has a community space open to the public with restrooms, wifi, tables, and chairs. It’s beautiful and I’d definitely come back for the community space. Some people were coming here to work. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Had an absolute fantastic experience with my demo drive. Was able to schedule it online and arrived just in time for the check in where I was greeted by Ryan. Confirmed a few details and went with Ryan to the R1S California Dune one that was on display. He was thorough with the exterior and the interior workings of the car and was able to easily answer any of the questions I had in regard to things that I wish my current vehicle had. Moved on to the actual demo drive and Ryan took me on a route to the Golden Gate Park and back. Was able to experience driving the vehicle and gauge the size, ride comfort, suspension, regen, and so much more. The Rivian person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I hope he’s right about their smaller EV available next year. I like the look and design of their vehicles. Can’t wait to dump our Tesla.

The Rivian coworking space is a wonderful place to get some work done in Hayes Valley! The space has a nice ambiance which makes it an easy place to get things done. The Rivian team is super friendly and is always happy to help!
