Awful shop. The owner is not professional and rude. I asked him to fix my back bumper, 1 dent the size of a quarter, 1 rust spot the size of a blueberry and to fix the paint chipping on my front bumper. The work was not done properly, unsatisfied. On top, he was extremely rude telling me he doesn’t care and for me to leave. Even refused to jump start my car that they let die as my car has never ever, not turned on for me, not even once. Terrible shop and me and my family will not being using them again. Stay away!

I had a collision to repair on the rear end of my rav4. I was little worried since it was my first time working with them. And, despite being pandemic, they completed the job in 2 days and also offered me free ride service to and from my house to the shop. I am a very satisfied customer and glad to help a local business. Thank you everyone at Riviera.

It was the worst they rippled my car apparently and didn't call me for 2 weeks meanwhile I thought they were fixing my car nope they were trying to hustle me and the insurance company don't go there I don't recommend it Worst experience I ever had They all rip us off

Sorry I didn't finish my comment but like I said I've had a lot of experience with auto body shops I just got my car back the work they did was excellent. Normally that my car inside and out was spotless like I had gone to a detail shop they definitely go above and beyond

Amazing!!!! They did such an excellent job on my car and were very professional. Had my car ready in 2 days.
