Horrible!!!! Incompetent, irresponsible, shoddy work!!! Their office manager Lourdes is very nice, but whoever worked on my vehicle did a horrible job. They took trim pieces and just stuck them on with the wrong size trim tape and no clips. How many things wrong am I going to find? They did frame work and put on a new tow hitch I'm afraid it's going to fall off...If people take the easy way and try to hide little things what makes you think they won't with big things. I had to go back and waist my time sitting there for them to repair it again. Then yesterday I see my muffler is hanging down too low. So I wrote an email complaining. They wrote back they only did work given them by the insurance company....my statement is. You are the one working on the truck. You are the one sending in th
This is a very good body shop professional and efficient. You will know exactly what you’re paying for after the inspection. I have two cars and I had work done on both of them both engine work and body work. I would highly recommend these people.

I went to RJ Body Shop to have my Toyota Tacoma painted. The staff member quickly took pictures and explained what they were going to do step by step. There price beat others that I had visited as well. Within a week I was called to bring the vehicle in. When they tried to remove the antenna the piece was rotted and fell apart. They quickly notified me and sent me pictures for authorization to replace the part. The vehicle was ready one week ahead of schedule. All dents and scratches were eliminated, they even rebuffed the head light covers at no charge. The vehicle looked like it was a new vehicle being bought for the first time. Overall they did an excellent job just like there reviews had stated when I first looked into them. I recommend this facility to anyone.
