Truck was left with these guys for over 3 months. Poor communication, everytime we asked how long they would say 3 more days. We eventually went in and retrieve the vehicle this is how we got it back. Indeed not how it was provided. Missing parts. Parts were misplaced as they said. More like parts were removed and sold. Please public stay far away from this establishment

I took my truck in for a leaking gasket, and they told me it'd be ready that day, but it took three days. When I got it back, it was still leaking and overheating. It was a nightmare trying to get ahold of them to take it back, and they kept promising to pick it up but never did. I ended up taking it somewhere else, where I found out they'd broken a coolant hose and left a bunch of loose bolts. If I could give them fewer stars, I would. Seriously, don't waste your money; they're a truly bad place to deal with.

Took my truck to get tune and deleted This was supposed to be a simple half day job. My truck ended up staying overnight. Cause he didn’t get it done he apparently fried my pcm Parra told me it’ll be ready the next day at 11 A.M. I showed up the next day at 12. My truck wasn’t at the shop. It was at another yard down the block he told me since he broke the computer. He would need one to two hours to reprogram the computer and keys n some other things so I went to wait at the other yard where my truck was at a whole hr passed by he never came to get it I went to go confront him 3hrs later he says he was about to go get it, couple of minutes later he cans when my truck and gave me a device n told me to do it myself, the device didn’t even work, also made me pay up front

Horrible customer service and work. Dropped the truck off on a Monday for a Valve Cover complete assembly on a 2020 Chevy Silverado and was told it will be ready later that day. Vehicle was not ready and there was not any communication until I inquired before closing time. They said the vehicle would be ready the next morning and it wasn't ready until Wednesday. Later the next day the truck started to overheat. They avoided texts and phone calls, eventually answering from a different number promising to pick up the vehicle and fix it, which never happened. Come to find out they had cut a hose and all the coolant wouldn't retain. Had to pay extra money to have it fixed else where. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Took my truck in for a delete/tune in short notice. RJ took care of me and got it done in 24 hours.Did a 5 position tune on the steering wheel with an anti-theft option. Would recommend 100%, quality and service was great
