The tire snapped off of my van and I was an hour away from home. I had it towed to RJP and they were fantastic. Megan showed empathy for my bad luck with the tire and helped put me at ease. Their quote was reasonable and the work they did was great. I'd definitely recommend this garage! 5 stars!!!

Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience with getting my car fixed here. I had taken my car to this place before and they treated me well. They got everything done in a timely manner and I felt like they did not overcharge me the second time I went. I can only describe as a miserable experience. I want to preface that the people there were nice to me and treated me like a normal human being but that is where my compliments end for my second experience here I had given them 2 days to get a number of things done including fix a check engine light due to two sensors. Take a look at my brakes. And get an inspection. They were the ones who prefaced that that is more than enough time for what they need to do. It turned out that I had a oil leak due to a malfunctioned gasket in order to fix it

RJP Auto Repair is by far the best shop I have dealt with in a long time!! Transparent, fair, honest and yes I could go on and on. If you're in the area, live nearby.... whatever the case may be make sure to talk to them, you won't be disappointed!! I have been there twice so far and I have found my new shop!! RJP has been the upmost amazing shop we have worked with. We own a small construction business and are normally on crunch time when we need to get a work truck in for service or repairs. Been dealing with Rick and his crew for years, they have serviced my vehicles over the years from minor to major stuff and have always been very fairly priced and the quality of work is second to none! Unbelievable knowledge especially diagnosing aggravating issues that some of the big dealers couldn't even find! You won't find a more honest and professional shop! The nice thing is they are very well versed in all makes and models from very new to very old so its nice to be able to deal with one shop for all my needs. thanks guys, keep up the great work!
