I had high hopes based on the reviews. When I called they were very clear that a full detail meant getting the car to look as new as possible - they’d get all the nooks and crannies, which is what I wanted. It was there a full day. They never called to tell me it was done so I waited until the next day to go back. When I picked it up, I immediately found several things that hadn’t been done. He cleaned a couple of them and told me I was welcome to bring it back with a list if I found more. I found some on the ride home and even more when I really looked it over. I wanted to be sure I just wasn’t expecting too much, so I had my sister look at it. Went there to get my wife's windows tinted. service was great. I had a really good conversation with the owner who made me feel very welcomed and at home and the lobby is super cool... if you have a chance to get by there I definitely recommend it
