Purchased truck from R.K. Belt & Sons, had a great experience and would buy from them again.

Check the vehicle over close. If you find something wrong the dealership has a cover all answer. " I didn't drive that vehicle and had no idea." Do not trust them to inform you of flaws to any vehicle. They are typical used car salesmen that everybody warns you about.

Overall, I started out very happy with my conversations with RK Belt and Sons, ordered a trailer from them and felt I was working with a good dealership and trailer manufacturer. They convinced me that they were a quality dealership and worked with a local trailer manufacturer (Finishline trailers) that sold quality products, however, that is not the case I found out. Yes I bought my trailer in 2017 but by August of 2018 I was contacting them about excessive rust on the trailer. They informed me that Finishline Trailers had closed and nothing could be done, however, H and H, opened up in the Finishline building. I owned a H and H trailer for almost 10 years and sold it to buy the Finishline, which they convinced me by saying it was an offshoot of H and H and they built a better trailer

I was getting a car for my birthday and went to various places around my home county (NW Iowa) and to Council Bluffs and Omaha / Bellevue, NE and was going to narrow it down. My grandparents live in Red Oak, so I thought to check out that dealership, since my grandpa has done business before there. The salesman that helped us was on his FINAL day and I wanted to test out a 2001 and 2002 Malibu, which I went for the 2002. He noticed that there was not much gas in it when we bought it, so he ran to the gas station and filled it up COMPLETELY!! He stated that $1900 was done to get it back to good condition. I did have to replace the things that are more of luxury and / or appearance. If I have to drive the 200 miles to get a good used car here again I will.

They done really good went in there to get a oil change done on my car today it took a hour and a half when I need work done on my car again I will be going back to belts Gm I recommend belts GM anybody that owns GM vehicles
