My car was in the shop for over two months, and while it was a long process, the team at this Kia dealership truly did everything they could to solve the issue. They worked hard to keep me in a loaner that would fit my family’s needs, even if it wasn’t a van, and I really appreciated that effort. Ray was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire dilemma. His communication, concern, and patience made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. When it was finally time for pick-up, the staff was just as friendly, helpful, and professional. Despite the challenges, I genuinely felt taken care of. Highly recommend this dealership for their customer service and dedication!

RK Kia service department can’t be trusted. I took my 2016 Kia Sorento in for an oil change and to inspect the code that was currently active. After receiving the vehicle, they found two warranty recalls. One for the front axle and another related to the tow wiring. They completed the oil change and the axle recall. They said there wasn’t any fix recommended for the tow wiring at this time. We picked the vehicle up and they said the engine code was not active when the tech looked at the vehicle (code was active when we pulled in). They recommended bringing the vehicle back if the code returned. The code returned about 10 minutes after leaving RK Kia. Schedule my appt through the app. They were super helpful when I needed to reschedule. When I got there, my appointment wasn't in the computer. They were really nice about it. I overheard someone telling another customer recall appointments tend to glitch. Even so I had no issues. My shuttle driver was super friendly and very kind. Overall I had a really good experience here!

Jeffrey was super helpful, no pressure and listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him if you are looking for a car.
