RK Subaru of Vineland Service

We are very pleased with the results of the RK Subaru service center. It’s easier to see now why Subaru has such high customer satisfaction. Our Forester has been great but recently had a low running temperature fault due to the thermo control valve. Our powertrain warranty ended but Subaru of America extended the warranty for that component as faults were common. RK’s center fixed the issue and everything associated with it without a charge! We are certainly satisfied with the way Subaru and RK going about treating their customers and would/have recommended them!

I needed to find a vehicle due to mine being totaled in a collision. Tommy helped me find a wonderful used car. It had low mileage and was in pristine condition inside and out. He was so helpful and patient with me. The price was something that I could work with and Steve in the Finance Office was able to make that happen. The Service Department also did a great job in prepping my car so that I could take it home. It was a great experience and RK Subaru should be your first stop when looking for a vehicle....new or used.

I was on vacation and my Outback broke down . I can not say enough about how helpful Michael in the service department was . Michael was friendly and professional a breath of fresh air in the auto industry . He understood our predicament and went out of his way to see we were taking care of .

Did not have an appointment but they still got me in and out in 1 1/2 hours. Oil change, changed air filters for intake and for cab, rotate tires. Excellent service!
