Are they good mechanics? Sure, they own a garage! It's really the kindness and dedication to exceptional (customer)service that keeps me returning.

Been going here for quite a few years now with old junker cars(under $2-3k cars). Trustworthy place that dont tell me stuff needs fixed when it doesnt need to be. Will look over anything I think may think is a problem and let me know my options, and a lot of times its something simple or nothing at all. Really nice family owned place that doesnt rip me off and actually gets the work done. Keep going back year after year and haven't been disappointed yet. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new shop. And the dog may look scary, but is a big baby that I enjoy seeing when I stop in 😁

My truck needed some major repairs and I was referred to RLS after a local dealership gave me an absurdly high quote for the work. The guys at RLS were responsive, polite, and got me in right away. In the end, they did great work for about half the price quoted by the other place. They were honest, communicated well, explained everything, and were very easy to deal with. Highly recommend, and they will have my business for a long time to come.

Our business vehicles are a priority to us to keep them in good repair. One of our most used vehicles, we were having brake issues with, in fact the brakes were going right to the floor, and well when you are out driving from or to a job site and suddenly have no brakes, you know this isn't a good thing. We contacted RLS Auto and they scheduled an appointment for us right away, and they completed the repair in a timely manner. We are so pleased that we were able to get our truck back on the road and our techs back to work safely. Most garages can handle large trucks, but RLS Auto's garage is built for even us big guys, with big trucks! Thank you to all the wonderful guys at RLS Auto!

My husbands truck broke down 2 weeks in a row. Once in Lebanon and the second time in York, Pa. RLS was there in no time with a tow for him. Both times the truck was ready to go within a day after getting it back to the shop. Service is great and prices are good. High quality work from good guys. Thanks RLS. Keep up the good work!!!
