RM Collision

Brought a small part into RM Collision that needed repainted. Brandon looked at it and told me it'd be an $800 job, which I thought was steep since it was a 2 1/2 by 2 foot by 1 foot fender off a mini excavator, but he assured me it would be done professionally and look brand new, so I took his word for it. He told me it'd be done in a few days. I called back a week later, and he says, "Sorry, I got caught up with work and forgot about it; I'll get it to you this week." I called him on Friday, same story again. I finally got it back three weeks later and noticed where he didn't sand out the previous paint and blend it in. Brandon and his crew at Whitney’s Collision took excellent care of my insurance claim when I was in an accident in my Ram 3500, all new bed side, rear bumper, fender flares and linex, he even coordinated the repairs with my wheels, tires, axle. Fast friendly and honest!

Had RM paint and assemble a truck I was restoring. Paint was full of orange peel. Brandon said he would block it out with 1200,2000,3000. Never did finish it. Fit and finish was horrible. Spent weeks fixing his screw ups. On top of that the truck sat for weeks being ignored while they worked on new projects. He lied repeatedly on scheduling. Kept trying to get me to take it back unfinished. Finally finished it poorly and overcharged me 20% more than the bid Brandon is the total package if you want subpar work and a lasting headache. He literally quit on the job. And I paid him every time he asked for money. I would never consider using RM collision again. Ever!

Did an awesome job on my repair. Also had great communication through out the whole process. Great experience overall and will be taking anything else I need there.
