R&M Tires&Lube

Took my Kia stinger to get my new tires put on and they switched all the rims around and cause my rim to rub off on the shock suspension then told me that I needed to replace the shock when the whole problem was they put the bigger rim that goes in the back and put it in the front. Also told me that the tire expanded the rim which would not be possible.

First off I wanna say thank you! To Mike and the wife The service was amazing! Called cause it was an emergency flat and they were out there right away! Had everything done in minutes. Hands down best in town they were life savers! Highly recommend!!!!!!!! The most amazing people!

I want to apologize for posing a review for a business that I thought was the right one which I was wrong so the negative review that I wrote please forget about that these guys here are awesome and like again I want to say I’m sorry for the stupidity on my part Thank you again for your understanding Shalom Aleichem. I thought the business was still called Halestires. But I will repost my old one to the new business where I got poor Service . Thank you, R&M I will see you soon for my oil change and for other things that I need done.

These guys are excellent at doing vehicle detailing. I had them do my work vehicle and it was great. The next day I went for tire service on my personal vehicle. They were very helpful and even got my oil changed in one trip! The only down side was my lug nuts were not put on tight and I made it a block away before I realized it. I went back and told them, and they immediately fixed the issue and apologized several times. A few days later the actual owner called and apologized and assured me the issue had been addressed and necessary steps taken. Because of the service from the owners I'll probably go back and will check the work before I drive off.

The kindest people you will ever meet! En route from Lubbock to El Paso and had about a 6 inch nail (it was HUGE) in my tire. The staff did everything they could to get my son and I back on the road asap, even driving to Seminole to pick up a tire!
