I really appreciate Rms Auto care. I felt like they were very honest and gave me detailed information so I will definitely be using their service in the future. They did excellent inspection of my car sent me pictures provided me with information before anything was done and made sure that I wanted it done.

I wanted to give it some time after I received my car back from getting repaired with RMS so I could give an honest review. I haven’t had any issues since the repairs to my car have been done, they did an amazing job! The customer service was also amazing! I’d like to personally thank Whitney she was so supportive & communicative through the whole process. Another thing I loved about getting serviced with RMS was their pricing! My repairs were more than affordable & I got extra work done at a well discounted price! I will definitely be keeping RMS as my regular maintenance auto care shop. Thank you RMS!!!

Loved my experience here. Everyone I interacted with was kind and willing to help. RMS went above and beyond to make sure I’d be able to safely do a weekend trip with my car. Plus I didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off at any point. Would recommend RMS 100 times over!

I had such a great experience at RMS Auto Care! I came in for routine maintenance, and I was really impressed by how thorough and transparent the process was. The digital report they sent included photos of everything, plus clear explanations of each part, why it mattered, and how urgent the repairs were. It made me feel informed and confident about the work my car needed. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and honest.

For me communication is key and that is something RMS does superbly. In respect to their craft they are exceptional and do not try to overcharge you. Will be my new go to for all things car related. Big shoutout to Keith for being patient with my questions.
