RNR Tire Express (450 W Prince Road, Tucson, AZ)

This tire shop is a joke. Trying to get in contact with the actual store. Took over a week. Trying to get in contact with a manager was even harder. And don't even attempt corporate because that's a whole nother story. When you do get in contact with them because there's an issue they don't want to take any responsibility. They don't even want to listen to the problem or help at all. They cannot do a successful alignment which the manager just admitted that they cannot do. And they don't tell you that they can't do one. They don't tell you if there's an issue where your whole tire is actually wiggling when it's lifted in the air. They don't say anything to you about that. They don't care. There was so many weights on my wheel itself that the other tire shop I took the car to was completel

Manny is amazing. Always helpful. Makes you feel welcomed in the store. Has always answered my questions. Great customer service skills and all around makes sure you leave happy. I recommend Manny for any of your wheel and tire needs. 😊

I stopped by this tire shop on New yrs eve, to have a doughnut tire moved to the back. They weren't open, but the man moved my tire for me and then didn't even charge me. This my new awesome tire place! They are good people. A great place to buy tires!

Barb is the most wonderful customer service worker I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This is our second trip to RNR and she was just as amazing during our second visit. The environment is incredibly comfortable. They have games, water and coffee. There is not one employee that has tried to upsell me on unnecessary work. The mechanics are very skilled and knowledgeable without feeling degrading about my questions. The prices are the best around and they also offer the best finance program I've ever seen in an automotive shop. They will work with you to ensure you're well taken care of. The manager, Manny took great care of me as a walk-in for a tire patch. Super friendly and thorough service. It was very obvious that they take good care of anyone that walks in.
