Tiffany and Sherry at RNR Tire Express were amazing. As a disabled veteran, I really appreciated how accommodating and respectful they were while helping me with my tires. They made the whole process easy and stress-free and took great care of me. Great customer service and great people. I highly recommend them.

Customer service was great. They helped me out throughout the whole process of getting new tires. Doesn’t matter what your financial situation is or what. They will help you out. Especially DeeDee who was my Sales Tech. I 100% recommend.

I am very, very, very disappointed with the customer service I received at RNR. I explained to the staff that I needed four odd-size tires as soon as possible so I could move my truck. I was also open to a wheel and tire package if the tires alone were too expensive. Communication started off great, but each day I was passed off to another sales associate (at least four different people) until communication eventually stopped all together. It has now been two weeks, and I have not even received a quote for tires or wheels. My recent experience did not meet my expectations. I believe your store needs to shut down temporarily and properly train all of your staff. Packages offered and roadside assistance were easily explained and they covered all the bases. Payment options were accommodating in these hard times.
