Amazing service! They patched my tire, which I really appreciated. David helped me out and was so kind, professional, and patient answering all my questions. The whole experience was quick and stress-free. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others!

David was very patient and explanatory. They had 4 new tires on my car and an alignment done in less than 2 hours. We walked to the coffee shop and enjoyed a cup of coffee there while we waited. I don’t know the man’s name that was with us signing the final “papers” on the computer, but he was amazing as well. So friendly, and patient also. The whole experience with these two men was fabulous. Great job guys, keep up the good work. GOOD customer service is a VERY RARE thing these days so I TRULY want to commend you both for the eye contact, the patience, the smiles, and the personalization calling us by name right up until we left. Yesterday I called for a quote for 4 new tires. And when I tell you David was not just professional, but also very informational. And made me feel like family, not just a customer. I have never, for the past two weeks I’ve been going to RNR to get an alignment rotation and balancing. For the past two weeks I have fixed EVERYTHING on my front end like they recommended to get my alignment for them to say now my tire is balding and I have slack in my tires? I asked was it because back in march 20th when they replaced my tire with a size that wasn’t for my car, without my acknowledgment, the reason. Bryant the manager smiled at me and said he spoke with me over a recorded line that it most definitely causes front end damage but never stated he agreed or mentions that it caused damage, which he lied in person about our conversation. I asked the man who installed the replacement does it causes damage and he stated he didn’t know, so my question is why have no clue what you

RNR has a very friendly staff, we were greeted by name as we entered the doors! They also assist with helping you with timely payment options that are best suitable for the customer. The finance manager explains everything so when you leave you have no questions unanswered. There also was not a long ng wait period at all.
