I recently had a lift kit installed on my truck at RNR and I couldn’t be more impressed. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. The install was done flawlessly — no shortcuts, attention to detail in every step, and the truck rides and looks incredible. They kept me informed throughout the process, treated my vehicle with care, and the customer service was top-tier from start to finish. If you’re looking for a shop that truly knows what they’re doing and treats you right, RNR is the place. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Walked in off the street with a random question about a locking lug on a Tacoma that I just bought, that several shops turned me away for. They knew exactly how to handle it, took the truck back, made the fix and had me out in 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend people to go there and will return in the future.

New vehicle/new visit for me; I unexpectantly ran over a concrete chunk or rock on the interstate and the guys were able to get me rocking and rolling expeditiously!! Texting was great while I was at work, and even though I could drop only my rim off for service- they cleaned it too! 😭 Thank you so much! Love this place! ☺️

I initially went in for an alignment but realized that I needed to replace the front tires on my vehicle. The team there was able to get me set up with a new front set, balanced and rotated the tires, and let me know about the TPMS sensor issues. I drive for a living and after two weeks on the road, everything is still running true. Plenty of businesses may ask for a good review, but this team actually deserves it.

I brought my $4200 wheels to these guys based on a conversation with their sales guy. All they had to do was swap my current wheels to the new ones using the same tires, and using my new valve stems and my lugs. They didnt look for my center caps or lugs apparently cause they installed their own in. Now I have paint missing from all center caps where they beat them in with metal tools. Also, they installed the old valve stems and lied to me saying they didnt come apart. Meanwhile they didnt know the valve stems were in the box. This is all after I had a conversation with the front desk. On top of that, the ridiculous silicone shine spray they use goes all over your car, and the morons wear the same gloves driving your car out so your steering wheel is messed up too. Save your money and avo
