Julia at RNR Tire Express has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is always extremely helpful, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Anytime we’ve had questions about our account or needed help, she’s been quick to respond and always makes the process easy. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. We couldn’t ask for a better account manager. I love the new tires on my truck. I received excellent customer service, I would highly recommned RNR Tire Express for anyone looking for new tires. If you live in the Fort Smith, AR area go to the RNR Tire Express on 6612 Phoenix Avenue and ask for Dakota Williams Sales Associate he is very professional and respectful and of course I cannot forget Julia the Account Manager she is very professional, friendly and respectful. I absolutely love the RnR tire on Phoenix, Julia is the sweetest and she always remembers her loyal customers. This is the 3rd or 4th set of tires I've gotten through them in 10 years I've been in Arkansas. I will not go to any one else. It helps that I can make payments and pay them off in 6 months. Paying them in 6 months saves me TONS of money. And they can electronically take it out of my account so I won't forget. I'm a mom of a special needs person and it's 1 less thing I have to worry about. So get your tires. Dakota is awesome also, he helped me this time. Everyone in office is really nice. We came in to purchase A set of new tires and it was a stress free experience! I wasn’t expecting it to be so easy! Porcha was so quick with reference check it was a breeze.
