Leaving reviews for companies is something I Never do, Ever. But I feel the need to do it in this case. Huge shoutout to Bobby and Ryan for some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I originally brought my Jeep in for the dreaded death wobble. Bobby and Ryan got to working on the issues & fixed it, and when I picked it up and drove away, unfortunately the death wobble came right back. I returned it to the shop, and they took care of it again at no charge. After picking it up the second time I went straight home and then hours later had a chance to drive my jeep around to run some errands…. The technical work was top-notch, but what really stood out was the perfect customer service and the highly competitive pricing. It’s rare to find a shop that balances quality work with great value. I came in to RNR, looking to find the right team to care for the vehicle. Bobby went above and beyond and understood the task at hand. Found the perfect tires, and had them delivered with an appointment the next day. It was very helpful indeed. Renee, was very thorough with the paperwork and made the process effortless and made sure every detail was known before leaving the store.

I went into R&R tonget new tires and rims for my new to me truck. I met with Josh and explained to him what i was looking for. We went to my and he looked it over. Josh then showed me what rims were available and recommended new AT tires. I made the purchase, and within a few days, the rims and tires were in. Josh's crew got me in and out of the shop pretty quickly. The tires and rims were a beautiful addition to my truck. In the 2 weeks I've had them, I've noticed my MPG went up 2.5 miles, the noise level is lower, and the ride is much smoother. I had originally regular Dodge polished chrome rims with mud tires. I really appreciate John's time, help, and knowledge. I had a great experience with this group.

Josh Levy: Phenomenal salesman. Was able to get my husband (Steven Tyler) the rims and tires he wanted at a reasonable price! Would definitely recommend him to anyone AND I’m thinking of getting myself a set for my Nissan!
