Excellent service. Allowed me to walk in and get a front end alignment with no wait. The counter people and the mechanics were awesome. I wish I could give it six stars.

Hats of to Ms Lola and her assistant. Her customer service was through the roof. She greeted me properly when I entered the establishment and made sure I was well taken care off. I would highly recommend anyone to RNR and don’t forget to ask for Lola!

Firstly My account manager Addison is very rude, threatens to come get my wheels when I'm only 2 days late. Came to the store to address my issue and was confronted by the store manager Mike who offered to "Take it outside" and fight me because his account manager is Very disrespectful and disrespected my wife. Bathrooms are disgusting and looks like they haven't been cleaned in months. Guys in the shop have no actual clue to what they are doing. Would give a one star but there isn't an option. The sweet black lady in the front, and the mixed account manager Bethany I think is her name are the only people keeping this business running. Very poor management!!!

A big shout out to Mike and the crew for getting us back into a nice set of rims and tires without the hassle. A lot better service, products, and selection than a former competitor that we had tried. My only regret is not becoming a customer sooner!

I came in this afternoon and received great, friendly customer service from Lola. She was a great help and made the process seamless. Definitely will be returning here!
